🌐 RTC JS Browser SDK 2.3.10
3 days ago by Ashot Hovhannisyan
What's New
- Reduced memory usage: The SDK's main-thread memory footprint per page is reduced by about two-thirds. The reduction applies even when the SDK is loaded and no filter is created.
- Worker resources released after initialization: The in-memory copy of the worker script is now released once the filter is initialized or disposed, instead of being held until the page is closed.
- Improved BVC device list handling:
KrispSDK.BVC.add()andKrispSDK.BVC.remove()now ignore leading and trailing whitespace in device names. CallingBVC.add()with an empty name now returnsfalse; previously it enabled BVC for every device. - Improved worker startup error handling: If the audio worker fails to start, the filter now disposes itself and fires its
disposeevent instead of remaining uninitialized.
