Accent Localization

Accent Localization (AL) is an AI-powered real-time voice conversion system designed to enhance communication clarity by neutralizing accents in call center environments. AL processes the audio securely on the device and dynamically changes the agent’s accent into the customer's natively understood accent in real time.

Along with accent modification, the audio stream going from the agent to the customer will be noiseless and free of distracting background voices. AL requires no configuration or enrollment and is compatible with all headsets used in call center environments.

• Supported Languages: Includes comprehensive support for Indian and Philippine languages with a variety of dialects, with ongoing expansions to include more languages.
• Supported Platforms: Windows, (Mac with Web support coming soon).
  System Requirements: Minimum recommended hardware requirements are Intel 10 gen, I5, or equivalent CPU.
• Performance Metrics: Designed for low latency (200ms) and high accuracy to ensure real-time effectiveness without voice quality compromise.
